Ok.  
So yesterday i had under 400 calories worth of a jello, apple, cauliflower, sweet potato and another apple.

Today i had oatmeal, fruit, pbj english muffin (with 100 cal pb), a million spoons extra of PB lol, some cauliflower, an apple, and some chicken. All healty but i dont this to keep my metablism up or else iw ont loose ANYTHING!!!!

no binging though!!! I PROMISED for the whole month of FEB!

i really want to get to 115lbs! by WED!

I can. NO LUNCH AT SCHOOL (apple only) and minimal veggies b4 dinner, and ONLY dinner no applesauce!!!

I can do this.

Just got back from the gym.

30 min on stationary bike going as fast as humanly possible.
15 minutes on treadmill (to cool down and watch the rest of RACHEL RAY!!)
In a good mood.

do any of you like watching the food network?! i like live off that channel!
watching them make all the foods i would want to eat/make! but seeing them stuff their fat faces with butter, oil, fat, grossnes?!?! lol

im odd. oh well. Ana has made me that way! :) and im thankful for it!

Anyone else on here 5ft 7in - ish and 118-120lbs want to get to 115lbs with me by wed??? I wanted to get there by sunday but i dont think its possible!!

Urghhh. I hate period bloa(i only get it because im on the pill, my Dr. Forced me to go on it bc i wasnt getting my period before and thats not healthy..... oh please. )
Binge bloat also sucks but it is usually gone after eating like nothing the next day.

P.S. i seriously dont know what i would do without this community. i talk with my friends and everything at school but i cant tell them the stuff i say on here. they would be like, omg your wierd. why do you worry about food!

one girl today ate a salad thinking it was healthy. i looked....30g of FAT!!!!! i told her that salads can be one of the most decieving foods!! the dressing is a killer!

My mom got on my case about not eating anything and she made this soup which is mostly cabbage and carrots, i had to have a HUGE bowl of it, prob 2.5 cups :(

I was trying to reach 113lbs by sunday!!!! I also had a yogurt (60) and an apple (80) today so I BETTER NOT GAIN!

Im also taking those Mega T green tea diet pills, maybe they will help? and i also went to the gym and did the stationary bike (REALLY FAST!!!!!) for 30 min , reading Skinny Bitch. Love that book!!!

I also have to have a small piece of salmon to please her :( i dont purge so thats not even an option.
I guess its better than bread? candy? Grrrrrr. Im so upset.

I was doing so well today.
Damn Cabbage and Carrots!
(I didnt have any broth though, the sodium is rediculous! even the low sodium kind)

so I had 3 small oatmeal raisin cookies and as I was getting ready to sleep I remembered I threw 3 away and actually contemplating on eating them!!!!! WTF. Well I didnt and I'm proud! I ended my bad eating streak at 7pm and havent eaten since.... Tomorrow will be under 300

I can do it. Ana will help me. Day 1=the hardest, day 2=determination, Day 3= can't give in to the binge beast!!


I CAN! I RULE THE FOOD, it doesn't rule me!!!
